You’ve spent months (or even years) planning your wedding. When the big day finally arrives, you shouldn’t have to worry about whether the vendors arrived, if the timeline is running on schedule, or who is setting up the decor.

INVESTMENT

Full Wedding Planning - starting at $2,500

Partial Wedding Planning - starting at $2,000

Day-of Coordination - starting at $1,500

A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure and officially book your wedding date. The retainer is applied toward your remaining balance.

We understand that wedding planning is an investment, which is why payment installments are available. Your remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your wedding date.

EVENTS

At Ace Weddings + Events, we believe the little details make the biggest impact. From the initial vision to the final setup, we design, curate, and plan your event from start to finish — down to the custom signs and smallest finishing touches.

Whether you’re planning a birthday celebration, baby shower, wedding, holiday gathering, corporate event, or something completely unique, we’re here to bring your vision to life.

INVESTMENT

Our event design and coordination services are $50/hour for smaller events (60 guests or less) and $100/hour for larger or corporate events (60+ guests).

A non-refundable $50 retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance may be paid after event setup is complete.

Please note: Hourly service fee covers planning, design, coordination, and setup labor. Decor, supplies, custom signage, invitations, printing, and other event materials are not included in the hourly rate and will be quoted separately based on your event needs.
